Please note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency. All prices include GST, and other taxes and duty where relevant.
Orders that are placed between 9am-5pm each day AEST, we will endeavour to dispatch the next business day via Australia Post.
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.
- For Metro delivery, please allow 3-5 working days & for Rural delivery, please allow 4-7 working days. All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, Australia Post will issue a collection slip for you to locate your parcel at the closest post centre.

- We currently ship to all countries using Australia Post - Pack & Track International.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 9-5pm.
- Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- Please allow 3-10 working days to receive your parcel. A tracking number will be sent to you upon payment so that you can track the delivery of your goods.
- If you would like your goodies to be sent express internationally please emails us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges.
- All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Liberty Lee is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
If you experience any difficulties while entering your Shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email email@example.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process, Liberty Lee reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $5 for Australian orders and $10 for international orders.
- The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
