Returns and Exchanges Policy
All Liberty Lee pieces are made with love and care in Bali, Indonesia and are all individually inspected before being shipped out to ensure only the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely instance that your items are faulty, we will happily exchange after assessing the condition of style returned. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange.
For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or if the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
Please follow the care instructions on the label to ensure you do not encounter any problems and to prolong the life of your garment. Liberty Lee garments are made from delicate materials and will normally experience “wear and tear” over time. Liberty Lee holds a no warranty policy. Due to different qualities in computer screens, some garments may appear in a slightly different shade than what they actually are.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your return query so that our returns team can advise a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number) & arrange for your exchange/ refund to be processed as soon as possible.
For Australian returns, all exchange garments will need to be returned within 21 working days from the date of purchase in original condition. For International returns, all claims must be lodged within 30 days from date of shipping. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Please allow for another 7 days for the exchange to be processed.
For faulty garments, please email email@example.com so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with all tags in place. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Sale items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
When returning goods, please enclose:
1) Your goods for return, including original packaging.
2) Return address information pre-filled on a pre-paid postal bag with contact details.

Please note that only returns who have lodged a return request & have been issued an RA Number will be accepted.
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Liberty Lee for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.
We recommend using Registered Australia Post Express or Registered International Post to return garments to us, and we advise you to take note of your tracking number.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.Liberty Lee is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.
